The Social Prescribing Awards 2019

Are you involved in a social prescribing project that is helping people to connect with their community, improving their health and wellbeing.? Do you have a colleague who is an outstanding innovator in social prescribing who inspires others with their creativity, determination, humour and enthusiasm? Help us to celebrate these achievements by entering the very first Social Prescribing Awards

The Social Prescribing awards are a new initiative from the Social Prescribing Network, the College of Medicine and the University of Westminster, and are organised by Chamberlain Dunn.

There are 4 categories open for entry: ·         

  • Award for best larger project sponsored by the National Garden Scheme
  • Award for best local project
  • Innovator of the Year
  • International award
  • Award for the best nature based project in the Year of Green Action sponsored by the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs

The winners will be celebrated during the International Social Prescribing Network Conference being held at the University of Westminster on 11 and 12 July 2019.
