The Yes to Life Show on UK Health Radio, which focuses on cancer, sees host and charity founder, Robin Daly, interviewing scientists, oncologists, practitioners and survivors who have exceeded treatment expectations by thinking outside of the box.

In January, College Chair Dr Michael Dixon took to the airwaves to chat to Robin. During the interview (which you can listen to below) at Dr Dixon’s surgery in Cullompton, Devon, the GP and social prescribing champion discusses how disillusionment with his role as a GP – feeling inadequately prepared to help patients – led him to look to social prescribing to enhance the ways the surgery could help people.
