Sarah Bazin OBE is a senior Therapy Manager at the Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust. She represented the West Midlands on the Council of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) for 14 years, and has recently served a term as Chair of the CSP Council.

In October 2007 she was awarded a Fellowship of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and is currently a Vice President. Her OBE was awarded for services to Physiotherapy and Health Care in the West Midlands, where she had been the Allied Health Professions and Health Care Scientists Leadership Lead.

Sarah is currently the Chairman of the CSP Prescribing Group, President of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Management, and the first Vice Chairman of the European Region of the World Confederation Physical Therapy.
