Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. The following details our schedule of applicable cancellation charges:
- Cancellations received before the booking deadline. Booking closed on April 30th. No cancellation fee, full refund.
- Cancellations received after the booking deadline: 50% of the fee paid.
- Cancellations received less than a calendar week before the event: No refund will be made, or substitution, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the organisers.
- Bookings are transferable from one individual to another at no charge. Up to one calender week prior to the event. We will only accept like for like substitutions e.g. if you have paid a College member rate you substitute for another College member. However, it is essential that you inform us in advance if you intend to make a substitution. Substitutions are at the discretion of the College of Medicine, Management. The College of Medicine may waive any cancellation charge payable under this policy in exceptional circumstances. Any such waiver must be agreed in writing by The College of Medicine and the delegate.
