Staff in all professions are stretched to their limits.  The demands and expectations are huge, yet though the scale is industrial, it will be our humanity, compassion and  resilience that  ensure we – and the NHS –  survive.  This means we have to look after ourselves and one another.  So, if compassion and resilience start here and now, how can we build into our organisations capacity that supports them?

6pm Margaret O Rourke.  Building Resilience : better, safer health for all

7pm  Andy Bradley.  Self-compassion and the Power to Create
