Royal Victorian Order Awards reflect service to the monarch or Royal Family in a personal way.

The King’s Birthday Honours List 2024 recognises ‘selfless and innovative service to others from people across the UK’ and is published by the Cabinet Office.

Earlier this year, Dr Fiona Butler was awarded a British Empire Medal (BEM) for services to the community in West London in the 2024 New Year’s Honours list.

A GP at Health Partners at Violet Melchett and Clinical Director of Brompton Health PCN, Dr Butler has been GP Principal at her practice for over 15 years, supporting almost 10,000 patients.

The doctor is clinical lead for social inclusion, mental health and homeless health and responsible for developing more integrated services in the community.
