  • Substitutions

If you are unable to attend the event we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no additional cost.  Notice must be provided in writing up to one calendar week prior to the event.

We will only accept like for like substitutions e.g. if you have paid a College member rate, you substitute for another College member.

For security reasons, all requests for substitutions must be made in writing and contain the full name, affiliation, mobile number and contact e-mail for both the registered and replacement delegates. If you do not inform us, your substituted delegate will not be granted admission for security reasons.

Cancellation Policy

If unforeseen circumstances cause the college of medicine to cancel an event, all delegates will be informed as soon as possible and a full registration fee refund will be made.

If, for any reason, the College of Medicine has to cancel an event, the College of Medicine accepts no responsibility for covering travel, hotel or other costs incurred by delegates and guests.

Ticket holders will be given priority option on any new dates and prices will be held at the original cost

Amendments

The College of Medicine reserves the right to modify the programme up to the day of the event. The College of Medicine put programmes together in order to provide the most up-to-date and relevant information. This means that occasionally the programmes change over the duration of the campaign. Other times it may be necessary (owing to unforeseen circumstances) to alter the programme, venue and/or speakers. Regrettably, this means no refunds or credit-notes can be issued in line with the cancellation policy.
