The Governing Council of the College of Medicine is responsible for establishing our overall strategic direction and governance procedures.

The Council also monitors and reviews how the organisation is performing against agreed aims and objectives.

It consists of 26 elected members including fourteen professional members, two patient members plus respresentatives from the Science Council and Founders.
